Join the store team as a Retail Salesperson focused on men's apparel at Natick Mall, providing excellent customer service, styling advice, and achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service
• Provide confident styling and fit recommendations to customers
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Open new customer accounts for the rewards program
• Stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Work a variable, flexible schedule based on business needs

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
