Join the retail team as a Salesperson providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced women's apparel environment. You will drive sales both in-store and through digital channels, build lasting customer relationships, and support visual merchandising and inventory tasks. The schedule varies weekly and requires flexibility to work across departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide personalized styling advice
- Deliver friendly, honest, and helpful customer service
- Support department readiness through filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the assigned one as business needs require
- Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and use of hands for merchandising

- Flexible availability to work variable schedules based on business needs
