Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for kids apparel and shoes at the Natick Mall location through in-store and digital selling channels. Build lasting customer relationships, maintain product knowledge, and support merchandising and department readiness. Work a flexible schedule that varies by week and may include occasional duties in other departments.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide honest and confident style and fit advice to customers
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the department
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the area customer ready
- Work collaboratively with the team and support other departments as needed
- Use networking and technology to achieve sales targets
- Maintain continuous movement and physical assistance for customers and merchandise handling
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a strong work ethic
- Interest in fashion and product knowledge development
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Organization and follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
