Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide personalized styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
- Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Work varied hours and schedules based on business needs
- Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the primary assigned area
- Handle merchandise safely, including lifting and positioning items during service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
