Summary

Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. Role requires flexibility to support other departments as needed and use of text and social media to grow a customer following.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide exceptional service and honest styling and fit advice
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and open rewards accounts
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required

• Interest in fashion and product knowledge development
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable using text and social media for customer engagement
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
