Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts for customers
• Support department tasks including filling orders stocking and re-merchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when required
