Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Use text and social media to support sales and customer engagement
- Open new loyalty program accounts and promote rewards
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
- Be flexible to perform duties in different departments as needed
