Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and style and fit guidance
• Use product knowledge to advise customers and grow expertise
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the sales area
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to work in other departments when required
