Responsibilities
- Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and open rewards accounts
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and execute price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members and occasionally support other departments
- Work a flexible schedule with hours that vary based on business needs
Requirements
