• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide service tailored to customer preferences and advise on style and fit.
• Use networking and technology to grow sales and open reward program accounts.
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns.
• Perform light cleaning and maintain department presentation.
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require.
• Work varied schedules based on business needs.
