Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, and providing styling and fit guidance in a fast paced retail shoe department at St Johns Town Center.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide honest confident feedback to customers about style and fit
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, re merchandising and price markdowns
- Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
- Work with team to keep department customer ready and perform light cleaning
- Perform occasional duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule with varying hours by week
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously 6 to 8 hours with bending twisting squatting and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation pushing and pulling
- Ability to handle bulky items and lift up to 25 pounds
