Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using text and social media
- Participate in trainings to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the department
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain presentation
- Collaborate with team members to support department needs
- Use technology and networking to drive sales
Requirements

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation pushing and pulling
