Retail Salesperson - Streets At Southpoint

Summary

Seeking a motivated retail salesperson passionate about kids apparel and shoes to drive in-store and digital sales, build customer relationships, and support department operations at the Streets At Southpoint location. The role requires strong communication, styling skills, and flexibility to work variable schedules and assist across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide excellent customer service and honest style and fit recommendations
• Assist with merchandising activities including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

• Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
• Organization, follow through, and ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
