Join the team as a retail salesperson focused on women's apparel, responsible for achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels while delivering exceptional customer service and styling advice. You will use social and text tools to grow customer relationships and open rewards accounts to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to cultivate and grow a customer following
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Fill customer orders and assist with department readiness
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Be flexible to work in other departments as needed
