Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide exceptional service and honest feedback on style and fit
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Perform light cleaning and maintain department readiness
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
