Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. Role requires flexible scheduling and occasional work in other departments as business needs dictate. Position involves physical activity including lifting and frequent movement during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Provide excellent customer service and honest style and fit guidance
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and do light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed
• Work variable schedules based on business needs
