Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide friendly, honest, and helpful service while advising on style and fit
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and keep the department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the one hired into
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
