Retail Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor drives sales and client development while modeling exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. This role supports store operations and oversees the store and staff in the absence of management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build client relationships, maintain existing clientele, and develop new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Deliver an excellent client experience and uphold visual merchandising, selling-floor, and operational standards.
• Support store operations, complete opening and closing procedures, and participate in special events and projects.
• Oversee store and staff when serving as the most senior presence in the absence of store management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods and providing clientele-oriented service.
• Established clientele following preferred.
• Open scheduling availability based on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, integrity, and time management.
