Retail Stock And Fulfillment - Ala Moana

Summary

Seasonal and regular retail stock and fulfillment role responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and organized stockrooms. Shifts may start early and require physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry merchandise. The position supports store operations including special events, markdowns and fixture relocation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for distribution to selling departments
• Process and scan shipments using inventory management systems
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Deliver merchandise to sales floor and assist with stockroom organization
• Support store operations such as setting up events and relocating fixtures
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of selling floors and backroom areas
• Assist with markdowns and inventory relocations as needed

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and new computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early shifts
• Continuous movement for extended periods and ability to perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching
