Summary
The logistics processor receives and processes incoming merchandise, fulfills and ships customer orders, and supports store operations to ensure quality customer experiences. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for selling departments
- Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders promptly following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Provide general store support such as event setup, markdowns, and fixture relocations
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use various technology and computer applications
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex and reach during shifts
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
