Summary

The logistics processor receives and processes incoming merchandise, fulfills customer orders, and maintains organized stockrooms and selling floors while delivering consistent customer service in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize backroom
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Assist with setting up special events and relocating store fixtures
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Perform markdowns and general store support tasks

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using technology and new computer applications
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
