Summary
The logistics processor receives and processes incoming merchandise, fulfills and ships customer orders, and supports store operations to ensure an organized selling environment and excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
- Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders following quality and packing standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to shipping standards
- Utilize inventory systems to scan and process shipments
- Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store activities such as event setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use various technology and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to meet store safety and inventory control procedures
