Summary

Responsible for receiving, unpacking, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and store presentation. Works in a fast paced environment using inventory systems and physical labor to support store operations and events. Must be reliable, organized and able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for distribution to selling departments
• Process and scan shipments using inventory management systems following control processes
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders ensuring packing and shipping quality standards
• Deliver merchandise to sales floor and assist with markdowns and relocating store fixtures
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store events setup and general store needs
• Handle physical tasks including lifting, carrying and moving merchandise
