Retail Stock And Fulfillment - The Mall At Short Hills

Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and store organization. Works independently in a fast paced environment and supports store operations including shipping, backroom organization and event setup. Must be able to lift frequently and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup and fixture relocation

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use various technology and computer applications
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
