Summary

The logistics processor receives and processes incoming merchandise, fulfills and ships customer orders, maintains inventory accuracy using management systems, and supports store operations including stockroom organization and event setup. This role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve merchandise shipment issues per inventory control processes
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup and fixture relocation

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using a variety of technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
