Summary

Perform logistics and stockroom duties to receive, process and deliver merchandise to selling departments while fulfilling customer orders and supporting store operations. Work in a fast paced environment requiring physical stamina, attention to detail and use of inventory systems. Maintain organized backrooms and assist with store events and fixture relocations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and unpack incoming freight and deliver merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following quality packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process and research shipments
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special event setup, markdowns and relocating fixtures
• Handle bulky items and perform regular lifting and carrying up to specified weights
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
• Physical ability for continuous movement and frequent bending, reaching and lifting
• Able to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and frequently up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Experience in retail stock, logistics or fulfillment preferred
