Retail Stock Associate - Studio City

Summary

Part time Stock Associate responsible for receiving, unpacking and preparing merchandise for the selling floor and maintaining organization and cleanliness of the stock room. The role supports store operations by executing inventory processes, facilitating directives from management, and preparing merchandise for floorsets and physical inventories. Must perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and maintain accurate inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-store receiving process and complete required paperwork timely and accurately
• Reprice merchandise and delegate tasks on the sales floor as needed
• Sensor, tag, steam, fold and hang merchandise to ensure floor readiness
• Replenish merchandise from stock room to selling floor daily
• Execute transfers, returns, and damage processing as directed
• Process customer charge sends and follow up on inquiries when necessary
• Maintain organized and clean stock room and audit for consistent sizing and folding
• Maintain store receiving, returns, transfer, and inventory reporting in Retail Pro or similar systems
• Support store preparation for physical inventories and shrink reduction efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Some heavy lifting and physical stamina required
• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory reporting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Retail Pro or inventory systems preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
