As a Retail Stock Associate at our Aventura location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by managing inventory and supporting the sales team. Your dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences will be key to your success in this role.

• Receive, unload, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to process and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events and organizing backroom areas.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various technology and computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
