As a Retail Stock Associate at Brea Mall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by managing logistics and inventory. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise to enhance the customer shopping experience.

• Receive, unload, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping guidelines.
• Utilize inventory management systems to process and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events and organizing backroom areas.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various technology and computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability with early morning start times.
