Summary

The Retail Stock and Fulfillment Associate supports store operations by processing incoming merchandise and fulfilling customer orders. This role helps provide outstanding customer experiences through accurate, timely handling of merchandise and orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support store needs, including special events, markdowns, backroom organization, and fixture relocation.

Requirements
