Summary

The ideal Logistics Processor is independent, motivated, and results oriented, responsible for receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise while fulfilling customer orders to quality standards. This role supports store operations by maintaining organized stockrooms and assisting with floor setups and markdowns. It requires proficiency with inventory systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping procedures
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special event setup, backroom organization, markdowns, and relocating fixtures

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
