• Process retail merchandise to the floor ready to sell, using highly-customized software and tools, with a focus on accuracy.
• Complete all inventory processes and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Maintain productivity, measured through team and individual metrics such as units processed per hour.
• Keep the stockrooms and sales floor organized, re-stocked, and tidy.
• Contribute to team goals such as safety, ongoing training, and test-and-learn projects.
• Provide general support to the store including setup for special events, markdowns, and relocation of fixtures.

• A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Success working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork as a strength; ability to deliver personal productivity while collaborating with the team.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs (most common shifts are morning or midday/evening).
