SummaryAs a Retail Stock Supervisor at our Miami Design District location, you will oversee the receiving, unpacking, and preparation of merchandise for the selling floor. You will ensure the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room, and manage all operational functions within the stockroom, including directives from the Store Manager and Corporate Office.
Responsibilities- Manage in-store receiving process and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- Delegate tasks on the sales floor to complete re-pricing projects on time.
- Prepare merchandise for floor-set implementation in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Replenish merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor daily.
- Execute transfers, returns, and damages as needed.
- Ensure stock room is organized and merchandise is floor ready at all times.
- Audit stockroom for consistent sizing, folding, and organization.
- Maintain store receiving, returns, transfer, and inventory paperwork.
- Prepare store for physical inventories based on directives.
- Partner with Store Manager for customer and associate alterations and repairs.
- Send store media and sensors to Corporate Office as directed.
- Fill cash wrap packaging supplies daily and remove trash from sales floor.
- Conduct daily lighting checks and facilitate rain mats for customers.
- Complete all duties as assigned by management and adhere to work schedule.
- Participate in store meetings and after-hours activities.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
- Some heavy lifting required.
- High attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
