Retail Stock - The Mall At Green Hills

Summary

Seasonal and regular retail stock team member responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments while supporting store operations and customer order fulfillment. Role requires lifting, use of inventory systems and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for stores
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments following quality and packing standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Assist with maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events set up and markdowns
• Relocate store fixtures and organize backroom as needed

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to follow quality standards for packing and shipping
