• Receive, unload, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following established packing and shipping guidelines.
• Utilize inventory management systems to process and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support for store operations, including setting up special events and organizing backroom areas.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various technology and computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
