• Receive, unload, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly, adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping guidelines.
• Utilize inventory management systems for scanning, processing, and researching shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support for store operations, including event setup and markdowns.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using technology and computer applications.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
