As a Retail Stock and Fulfillment associate at Natick Mall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional customer service. • Receive, unload, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping guidelines.
• Utilize inventory management systems for processing and researching shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support store operations by setting up events, organizing backrooms, and relocating fixtures.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using technology and computer applications.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
