Retail Stock and Fulfillment - Ross Park

As a Retail Stock and Fulfillment associate at Ross Park, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient logistics and outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and fulfilling merchandise orders, as well as maintaining organized stockrooms and selling floors.

• Receive, unload, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to process and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events and organizing backroom.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using technology and new computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability based on business needs.
