• Receive, unload, and unpack newly arrived merchandise for selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly, adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders, ensuring compliance with packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems for scanning, processing, and researching merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support for store operations, including setting up special events and organizing backroom areas.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various technologies and computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
