Retail Stock and Fulfillment - Westchester

As a Retail Stock and Fulfillment team member at Westchester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.

• Receive, unload, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly, adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to process and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events and organizing backroom.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various technology and computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
