Summary
Support planning, execution, and documentation of store layouts, space optimization, and organizational standards for retail boutiques. Coordinate store organization applications, NSO communications, travel logistics for new store openings, and contribute to operational content and data analysis to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Retail All Store Repository and related task lists and applications
- Act as gatekeeper for NSO communications to ensure projects meet deadlines
- Partner with Store Organization Manager to organize NSO tasks including signage and store hours
- Maintain workload planning calendars for NSO projects
- Assist with supply orders, invoicing, and timely submission
- Support development of content for monthly operational calls and team meetings
- Serve as primary corporate contact for travel support for new store openings and manage hotel and travel contracts
- Collect and analyze data on storage capacity to help create planograms and merchandising strategies
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience including internships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written verbal and presentation skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multitask and work cross-functionally
- Understanding of budgeting and sound judgement
- Proven ability to meet long and short-term deadlines and be a self-starter
