Retail Stylist

Summary

The Retail Stylist provides exceptional client service and supports store objectives by achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards, and representing the brand in a high-end retail environment. This part time role requires flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and participation in special events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications
• Deliver the highest standards of client service at all times
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and store standards
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory
• Adhere to store and company procedures and operational standards
• Support overall client experience and brand representation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Prior retail or boutique experience dealing with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales
• Availability for open scheduling in a seven-day operation including weekends
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor consistent with the brand lifestyle
• Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and high level of integrity
