Summary

The Retail Stylist at the Rosedale location delivers excellent client service while achieving sales targets and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards. This part time role supports store events and upholds brand presentation and customer experience expectations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications
• Ensure the highest standards of client service at all times
• Maintain the selling floor merchandise and store standards
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and inventory
• Adhere to store and company procedures to maintain operational excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Prior retail boutique experience with high end goods and clientele oriented sales
• Experience working in retail environments with seven day a week operations
• Availability for open scheduling based on business needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Outgoing energetic professional demeanor aligned with brand lifestyle
• Strong independent work ethic time management and integrity
