Retail Support Associate - Soho Flagship

Summary

The Retail Support Associate supports store operations at the Soho flagship by managing stock flow, assisting with inventory and repairs, and helping the sales team to maintain store readiness and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming shipments and follow up on discrepancies
• Perform box counts and validate against bills of lading
• Prepare shipping paperwork and complete transfer forms
• Receive merchandise and place stock on the selling floor
• Assist selling floor with product placement and stock recovery
• Complete basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
• Ensure cash wraps and stock areas are neat and fully stocked
• Perform deliveries and assist client advisors as needed
• Utilize client tool to communicate about repairs and products

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and task focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and positive team attitude
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to follow processes for inventory and shipping
