Retail Support Associate - Soho Flagship

Summary

The Retail Support Associate assists the store team with operational duties to improve productivity and performance at the Soho flagship. The role handles shipments, inventory tasks, basic repairs, stock recovery, and supports the sales floor as needed while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on shipments and report discrepancies
• Assist with yearend inventory counts and preparation
• Prepare shipping paperwork and complete transfer forms
• Perform box counts and validate against bills of lading
• Receive merchandise and place product onto the selling floor
• Complete basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
• Ensure stock areas and cash wraps are neat and fully stocked
• Perform deliveries and assist client advisors on the sales floor
• Use client tool to connect with clients about repairs or product proposals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and task focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and positive team player attitude
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
