Retail Support Associate - Soho Flagship

Summary

The Retail Support Associate supports the store team with operational tasks that improve productivity and customer service. The role manages shipments and inventory processes, performs basic luggage repairs, and assists the sales floor and client advisors as needed. This position requires attention to detail, flexibility in scheduling, and hands on handling of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Store Manager and ensure work duties are accurately performed
• Monitor shipment flow, perform box counts, validate bills of lading, and report discrepancies
• Receive merchandise, complete transfer forms, and place product on the selling floor
• Assist with year end inventory counts and general stock area organization
• Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools and coordinate client repair follow up
• Maintain cash wraps and operational supplies and perform deliveries as requested
• Support client advisors on the sales floor and use client tools to connect regarding repairs or product recommendations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented, task focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills, positive attitude, and ability to work as a team player
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
