Retail Support Associate - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Retail Support Associate assists the store team with operational duties to increase store productivity and performance. The role supports inventory, shipping, stock organization, basic repairs, and customer follow up related to repairs and products.

Responsibilities

• Report to Store Manager and ensure duties are accurately performed
• Monitor shipments and follow up on discrepancies
• Assist with yearend inventory counts and preparation
• Prepare shipping paperwork and determine shipping methods
• Maintain neat and orderly stock areas per company standard
• Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
• Complete box counts and validate against bills of lading
• Assist selling floor with product placement, stock recovery and transfers
• Perform deliveries and utilize client tool to communicate about repairs and products

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and task focused
• Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving, positive attitude and team player
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
