Summary
Participate in a 12 month full time retail trainee program supporting boutique operations and developing future talent. Work closely with the boutique manager and senior sales staff to assist with client communications, transactions, after sales service and general floor and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior salesperson with client appointments and communications
- Process transactions on behalf of senior sales staff and team
- Provide after sales service and support client requests
- Manage incoming inquiries and facilitate communication with management and boutiques
- Maintain client profiles and CRM entries in Dior Star
- Support sales via WeChat on behalf of senior salesperson
- Perform boutique housekeeping, packaging and general administrative duties
- Prioritize and manage delivery and shipping projects for clients
- Support general boutique operations including security and policies
Requirements
- Available for a 12 month full time program with variable schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- At least 6 months prior experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift and handle merchandise boxes and equipment
- Customer service orientation with urgency in problem resolution
- Appropriate telephone etiquette for calls message taking and call transfers
- Ability to assist on the sales floor when required
