Returns Desk Associate

As a Returns Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating returns and supporting the daily operations of specialized work groups under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure the smooth processing of returns and maintain a neat and organized environment.

• Open and close the digital return register daily.
• Maintain a neat and organized environment.
• Follow protocols for processing returns, adjustments, and reconciling reports.
• Ensure product security and integrity, especially for .com returns.
• Resolve internal and external customer issues.
• Support other specialized operations such as cash reconciliation and jewelry operations.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Operations, Asset Protection, and Assistant General Manager of Operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and store teams.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Knowledge of POS systems and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule availability as per business needs.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence team adherence to store policies and procedures.
