Job Description

Summary

As a Returns Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of specialized work groups under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure the integrity of returned products and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Open and close the digital return register daily.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
  • Follow protocols for processing returns, adjustments, and reconciling reports.
  • Ensure product security and integrity, particularly for .com returns.
  • Resolve internal and external customer issues.
  • Support other specialized operations such as cash reconciliation and gift card events.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise Operations, Asset Protection, and management teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and store teams.
  • Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and handle merchandise racks and carts.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability as per business needs.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence team adherence to store policies and procedures.
